Order of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy No. 193, dated 06.10.2022, “On the Approval of the Regulation laying down common requirements for providers of air traffic management and air navigation services, as well as other air traffic management network functions and their oversight,”¹ in accordance with the text attached to this Order, which forms an integral part thereof. ¹ This Order fully approximates Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 2017/373, dated 1 March 2017, laying down common requirements for providers of air traffic management and air navigation services, as well as other air traffic management network functions and their oversight, as amended.
