THE OPENING OF THE BORDER CROSSING POINT AT VLORA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Pursuant to Article 100 of the Constitution and point 1 of Article 8 of Law No. 71/2016, “On Border Control,” as amended, upon the proposal of the Minister of the Interior, the Council of Ministers

D E C I D E S:

1. To open the border crossing point at Vlora International Airport for international air traffic of persons.

2. The Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development are tasked with implementing this Decision.

This Decision shall enter into force upon its publication in the “Official Gazette.”
